{INITIAL CONSULTATION}If you have any questions or would like to place an order with me please call me or email me. For local clients in Miami, Florida we can arrange a meeting in person. It is preferred to schedule a meeting time for all phone consultations to better assist you.
{CUSTOMIZATION}All the designs in my collection can be customized to fit your special occasion. Paper stock, ink color, font, and wording can be changed – these changes will be priced accordingly. If you are interested in making changes but need some ideas, just let me know and I will be happy to help you.
{PROOFING CONTRACT & PRINTING}Once we have had our consultation and I have received your signed contract and deposit payment I will design your stationery and e-mail you a PDF file. Please check proof carefully for any errors and changes that you would like to make. Remember that proofs may slightly vary from actual letterpress printed pieces depending on your computer screen. Three rounds of revisions will be included for every piece ordered. Additional proof fees apply ($25 per proof). Once proof has been signed and emailed back to me I am not liable for any errors on your behalf. Please allow four to six weeks for printing.
{PAYMENT}A non-refundable 50% deposit of the total balance is required to begin the designing process. The remaining balance is due upon completion of order. Once total amount has been paid I will promptly ship your order.
{SHIPPING}I typically ship all orders via USPS (priority, insured, and delivery confirmation). Once your order has been shipped I will provide you with a tracking number. If you prefer another shipping method please let me know and I will be happy to accommodate this at your expense. |
